The commercial relationship with Hacienda Encantada concluded in 2018. Presently, our engagement is solely focused on facilitating claims for insurance policies acquired between 2015 and 2018.


Walk Away Assurance (GRUPO ALSOVI SA DE CV) ceased the sale of new insurance policies in late 2018. Our current operations are exclusively dedicated to the execution of existing insurance policies, aligning with Mexican legal requirements.


We exclusively conduct official communication through the email address specified in your contract, which can be found at the bottom. Any communication from a different email address should be treated as a potential fraudulent attempt.


All interactions related to insurance claims must be conducted exclusively through Walk Away Assurance. We do not engage with any external companies in Mexico or the United States. Additionally, we do not utilize guarantee accounts or notaries to ensure the payment of taxes related to the exercise of the insurance policy.


We do not have a landline phone, and we do not initiate contact via phone to offer cash withdrawals. If you receive unsolicited offers by phone, it is not from Walk Away Assurance. We only respond to inquiries made through our official email address, as stated in your contract. Any communication from a different email address should be treated as a potential scam.


  If you were contacted by phone or email, refrain from sharing any information and ignore the communication. Avoid making payments to third-party companies. If the email does not match our official correspondence, it is likely a fraudulent attempt. Please contact us immediately so that we can take legal action against those misrepresenting our identity. 


Walk Away Assurance is a legitimate company that ceased operations at the end of 2018. However, we remain committed to fulfilling the terms of every insurance policy sold during our operational period. We are aware of individuals impersonating us and engaging in fraudulent activities. To prevent scams and misunderstandings, please verify the email address used for contact to avoid falling victim to fraud. Your security is our priority.
